Our Mission
Our mission has always been to offer a high quality product and professional service. At Pasta Mia, we believe that our products are only as good as the ingredients we use. By selecting the highest quality eggs, flour, cheeses, meats, and fish, Pasta Mia maintains yesterday's pasta quality with today's sophisticated taste.
Our History
Pasta Mia founder and CEO Diego Mazza grew up with his parents and grand parents in a Northern small town of Italy. He would spend time watching his grandmother, Nonna Nina, prepare delicious meals and home made ravioli and of course he would eat them! This is when he developed a selective taste for authentic Italian food. He traveled extensively from the Italian Alps to the Southern tip of Italy discovering pasta making techniques throughout all the regions of the country. In his journey, he came to share his passion with the greatest Italian master chefs of Italy. Today, Pasta Mia follows the Italian culinary tradition learned from home.
