Tortellini & Borsettini

Tortellini are pasta rings stuffed with rich fillings and pinched into a circular shape. Borsettini are little purse-shaped (borsa is Italian for purse) filled pastas.

Drop frozen pasta into boiling water (do not defrost). Boil for 2-3 minutes depending on shape, or until internal temperature reaches 165º F.
Store in the freezer for up to one year.
